VirtuOz, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent virtual agents (IVAs) for online marketing, sales, and support, today announced they won a Gold Stevie® Award in the 7th annual American Business AwardsSM in the relationship management category. In addition, the company was awarded the People’s Choice Award, which was determined by 98,000 public votes.
The need to address the 24/7 demands of today’s digital customer has relegated customer satisfaction to the top of the business priority list. As a result, companies are looking for solutions such as IVAs that are aimed at providing high-touch engagement, available 24/7 and at a cost effective price point.
“These most recent accolades underscore the market need for a new engagement solution, powered by a conversational interface, that redefines digital customer relationships,” said Alex LeBrun, CEO and president of VirtuOz. “We are honored to win both a Stevie Award and a People’s Choice Award. We also applaud the efforts of our innovative customers whose vision and partnership have been monumental in helping us develop our groundbreaking virtual agent solutions.”
Stevie Awards were presented in over 40 categories including Best Overall Company of the Year, Executive of the Year, and Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year. More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.
In addition to peer-review judging where more than 200 executives across the country participated in the judging process to determine the Finalists and Stevie Award winners, every new product or service nominated in The American Business Awards was automatically included in voting for the People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products.
