hi,
I have met the following difficulties while analysing my corpus:

Adiposity and low aerobic fitness in children are associated with a clustering of cardiovascular risk factors.

Is the process “are associated” an identifying circumstancial process (accompaniment) or an identifying intensive process?

Grammatically, it sounds like the first one (accompaniment), but that’s a context-free guess. wink Frankly, your entire question sounds like a homework assignment. Care to clarify more about the larger project you are working on?
