Hi

Has anyone figured out how a chatbot can recognize Facebook Thumbs Up in FB Messenger[ not the standard (Y)] or when someone inputs a rich media (non standard emoticons, image, video and audio files).

I’m using API.AI for NLP. Thanks.

If you familiar with unicode,
maybe you can change FB thumbs up, emoticons,.. to unicode first.
