Hi Guys,
I just wanted to introduce one of the Facebook Messenger chatbots which I’ve built this year. Fred Whitton Challenge Chatbot
It’s a chatbot for a very well known sportive in the UK called the Fred Whitton Challenge.
It was a great project as its a charity event with over 2000 riders and we’ve had some great input from organisers as the main aim was to try and cut down on time spent by the organisers answering enquiries.
The NLP we are using is Dialogflow which we have been really happy with.
Does anyone else have any thoughts/experience on sports events chatbots?
