• The number of available channels: Botsify works across a number of different channels, and can be used in more ways than most chatbot platforms. Botsify bots can be used on Facebook Messenger most notably, but can also be used on Slack, Amazon Alexa, Shopify, and WordPress sites.
• Ready to use dialog templates: Botsify has chatbot templates for a number of categories that you can pick up and make your own. Chatbot templates have been built for categories such as education, finance, health & beauty, food & restaurant, and travel/transportation.

• Basic machine learning features: Botsify has the ability to recognize keywords that will trigger pre-built workflows.
• Education chatbot: Botsify’s education chatbot for teachers and their students is somewhat of a unique feature among chatbot platforms. You can use pre-built templates that you can customize by adding text, images, audio, video, Google Search, and other types of interactive media. Additionally, you can schedule reminders of upcoming tests or send students test results, as well as store information like student feedback, test scores, and admission forms using an API.
• Integrations assist in making Botsify a full chatbot platform: Botsify has a number of integrations that make the platform a viable chatbot solution, such as Dashbot.io and Dialogflow. However, these are not small tools and will require more of your budget than Botsify does on its own.

The technology simply isn’t dynamic and has fallen well behind its AI-powered chatbot alternatives.

• No native analytics: Botsify does not have any chatbot analytics that come built-into the platform. However, it does have a native integration with Dashbot.io, and you can also use Integromat with Botsify’s JSON API to connect Google Analytics.

Botsify Review - Final Analysis

After a deep review of Botsify, it’s clear that a lot has gone into this chatbot platform, but it needs some major updates. In order to remain competitive, it appears Botsify has relied heavily on integrations to complement its own technology, which unfortunately is outdated in 2023.

That being said, Botsify has found good integration partners in Dashbot.io for chatbot analytics, and although Dialogflow is a bit of a mess itself, it’s a decent option to add more advanced machine learning skills to your Botsify chatbot.

Ultimately, Botsify needs to reinvest in its own platform and technology to once again be considered one of the best chatbot builders. Hacking together dozens of third-party solutions in order to have a competitive chatbot for your business simply requires too many resources.

In closing, too many of Botsify’s competitors have superior technology and features at the same price point to consider choosing Botsify as your live chat chatbot platform in 2023.
