I think yes, my expertise area is NLP, Math & Engineering, having learned many lingüistic skills to enrich my outcome.
Created a complete open Framework including a new Dialog Definition Language (DDL), unsimilar to AIML having many features in common with ChatScript (good stuff), it is actually a full programming environment, capable of defininig complex procedural conversational behavior, nothing more… and nothing less!
