- de catalogus van de plaatselijke bibliotheek raadplegen als je en boek zoekt;
- iets opzoeken in Wikipedia, als het niet op de website van het CJG te vinden is;
- nagaan wat een voornaam betekent, of hoe populair deze is;
- je vertellen wat de contactgegevens zijn van het CJG;
- je doorverwijzen naar het fysieke CJG als ze het antwoord niet weet.
- Else is er ook specifiek voor jongeren.
